A Psalm of David.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.,
He will make me lie down in green pastures; he will lead me beside still waters.
He refreshes my soul, He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me.
Your rod and your staff comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
Goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life.,
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
A psalm that accompanies me
A very special psalm that reminds me who God is for me: my shepherd, my provider, and the one who guides and protects me.
What particularly moves me is the moment when the language of the psalm changes. At first, David speaks of God: „He encamps me… He guides me… He restores my soul.“ But as he walks through the „day of darkness,“ he suddenly speaks to God: „You are with me.“
Welcome
It's great that you're here.
This page is a place where I want to share thoughts, stories, and inspirations that accompany me on my journey with God. Perhaps you will find words here that encourage you, give you new hope, or remind you that you are not alone on your journey.
My wish is that this site not only provides information, but becomes a place where God himself is at the center – that His words encourage, His presence becomes tangible, and His light shines even where it is dark.
He, Jesus, sees you, knows you, and never leaves your side.
